BARRELS OF LOVE

This past march,  Spread His Love sent 3 barrels of food to Haiti through our 'Barrels Of Love' project.  The barrels couldn't have been sent at a better time as the orphanages were low on supplies following the earthquake.

 

The opportunity to send the barrels came with the help of two organizations, SNEATP who assisted in providing the funds to buy supplies as well as the Gethsemane Scholarship Institution of Fond Des Blancs Haiti, Inc.  who assisted us by shipping the barrels to Haiti.

We were happy to have been able to drive the barrels to Maryland to the shipping container. 

Spread His Love looks forward to sending more barrels to Haiti in 2010.

There are two ways to send Barrels:

• Work with a team of volunteers in your area to get a barrel filled with non-perishable food or clothing and it will be picked up for shipment to Haiti.


• Sponsor a barrel: You can send Spread His Love the money for a barrel and funds to buy, fill and ship the barrel(s) to Haiti on your behalf.
